Wiggins Airways, Inc. seeks an experienced pilot to fly our Company C402 aircraft for Freight Forwarding (cargo) position based in KHYA. Schedule is Monday to Friday daytime flights to KACK. Company crew house provided on Nantucket Island and non-taxable per diem. We seek a professional, safe and customer centric aviator with single pilot, FAR 135 winter operations flight experience. The principal duties of this position are performed in Company aircraft with exposure to various airport hangar and ramp environments. The principal function of the Captain is to pilot Company aircraft in a professional, safe and timely manner in order to help the department achieve annual business goals. The work is performed under the supervision and direction of the Chief Pilot.


The position requires comprehensive knowledge and experience as Pilot In Command (PIC) with 1000 hours of PIC time; 2000 hours of total flight time, 500 hours of multi-engine time; US Pilot certification with commercial license with instrument rating and multi-engine rating; two year degree in Aviation field or equivalent education and; any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the work. Candidate must possess valid driver's license in accordance with company and airport policy. Must complete successful security and background check in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, Company and airport policy. Successful completion and maintenance of drug and alcohol testing in accordance with company policy is required. Starting salary is $35,000 to $40,000 including per diem with comprehensive benefits package. Relocation is negotiable. We are an Employee Owned Company. We are not a member of CASS.
