AVENGE, INC. is seeking a full-time, experienced Instructor/Examiner Pilot, for our Enhanced Medium Altitude Reconnaissance and Surveillance System (EMARSS) Integrated Process Team. This is a key leadership position responsible for the New Equipment Training (NET) for the US Army next generation Fixed Wing C4ISR Platform.
Current MARSS experienced instructor pilot
Former DoD qualified FW IP/IE and or Maintenance Examiner
Former DoD FW IP at Company level or higher TF ODIN I or A experience desired
King Air 300/350 ER experienced with Proline 21 is desired

This is a full time salaried position located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD with travel for program execution to various locations within the USA.

Initially the program will have limited flying with a program focus on:
Program of Instruction (POI) Development IAW TRADOC/DoD and ASAT Courseware
Technical manuals and Aircrew Training Manual (ATM) Development
SME support to Hawker Beech and Boeing
Assisting the Senior Instructor/Examiner with program execution
Flight Training Device testing and operating
Direct interface with Army pilots, Boeing and Hawker Beech engineers and test pilots

Once the POIs are approved and the training is ready the emphasis will shift to:
Conducting NET for the US Army Ft. Hood for approximately 70 Days
Providing SME support to the Army Individual Key Personnel (IKP) and conduct individual qualification for selected Army and DAC personnel Ft. Huachuca for approximately 70 days
Coordinating and Conducting calibration of aircraft

The Instructor/Examiners will report to the next generation Senior Instructor and functionally to the Avenge Chief Pilot. In addition you will work collaboratively with the Deputy PM, Senior Mission Trainer and sub contractors.

Required Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be a US Citizen
Must possess a current passport
Must possess a valid state drivers license
Must read, write, speak and understand English
Must possess FAA Class II Medical Certificate
Must possess or be able to obtain appropriate security clearance level
Must have at least 1000 hours PIC time, 300 hours PIC time in King Air 300/350 or similar multi-engine, turboprop aircraft

Preferred Qualifications
2500 hours of PIC time
Former US Military, Customs, or DEA Pilot
US Military Standardization Instructor Pilot, Instructor Pilot, Maintenance Pilot
Prior OCONUS rotation experience, particularly in current area of operation
Active Security clearance of Top Secret
King Air 300/350 experience
Proline 21 experience

Individual Readiness and Deployment Operation (IRDO) Requirement
In order to perform work related duties outside of the United States, the program/contract may require you to attend IRDO for a series of training events and medical reviews. Continuing employment will be contingent in part upon the ability to complete the related training events and medical reviews/requirements of IRDO and receive IRDO approval to rotate into our OCONUS area of operation which could include areas within a war zone.
