1) CAPTAIN – PA31 - $1,000 SIGNING BONUS

BASES – BUR, HWD, PDX, PHX

For pilots currently qualified under 135.243(c), we offer a choice of base assignment in PDX, HWD, BUR, or PHX with initial aircraft assignment of PA31. A “signing bonus” of $1,000 is offered ($500 upon successful completion of PIC IFR check ride and $500 6 months after that event).

2) CAPTAIN – TURBINE - $1,000 SIGNING BONUS

BASES – ALL BASES

For pilots currently qualified under 135.243(c) and have at least 100 hours of multi-engine flight time, we offer PIC opportunities in BE99s across the country. Initial base assignment would be “to be determined” with a likelihood of DFW, OMA, or BUF. A “signing bonus” of $1,000 is offered ($500 upon successful completion of PIC IFR check ride and $500 6 months after that event).

3) CAPTAIN – TURBINE (previous 135 experience) - $1,500 SIGNING BONUS

BASES – ALL BASES

For pilots that meet the requirements of 2) above, AND have previous 135 flight experience, we offer BE99 opportunities across the country. Additionally, a “signing bonus” of $1,500 is offered ($1,000 upon successful completion of PIC IFR check ride and $500 6 months after that event). If the applicant has significant PIC experience in turbine-powered aircraft, BE1900 or SA227 aircraft may be offered with base assignment likely in CVG (SA227) or SDF (BE1900).

4) CAPTAIN – TURBINE (typed in Be1900, SA227 or EMB120) - $2,000 SIGNING BONUS

BASES – ALL BASES

For pilots that meet the requirements of 3) above, AND have PIC type rating in an airplane that Ameriflight currently operates, we offer a $2,000 “signing bonus” ($1,500 upon successful completion of PIC IFR check ride and $500 6 months after that event). We would offer any available opportunity mentioned above to these outstanding applicants.

5) CAPTAIN – PA31 UPGRADE PROGRAM

BASES – BUR, HWD, PDX, PHX

If you have more than 900 hours total flight time and would like to build multi-engine flight time with us (and get PAID for doing it!), please submit your pilot application with the notation under desired position as “PA31 Upgrade Program”. These positions are based in PDX, HWD, BUR, and PHX with the intention of building your flight time as quickly as possible so that we may use your services as a PIC under IFR (135.243(C)).

Description:
Reporting to the Director of Training, the Training Department Instructor conducts flight training for new-hire and transitioning pilots in the PA-31 and BE99 and conducts simulator training for new-hire and transitioning pilots. There are opportunities to be an Ameriflight Check Airman and for advancement within Flight Department Management. This position works closely with the Director of Training and with department managers on a daily basis.

REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have an FAR 135.243 Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multiengine and Instrument ratings; at least 1200 hours of flight time as a pilot, including 500 hours of cross country flight time, 100 hours of night flight time, 75 hours of actual or simulated instrument time at least 50 hours of which were in actual flight. You must have a Valid and Current Class 1 or Class 2 FAA Medical Certificate. You do not have to have experience with the PA-31 or the BE99.

We are currently in search of a Flight Department Administrative Assistant to provide a wide range of administrative support to the Flight Department. The ideal candidate will have some aviation experience and/or a pilot's license.

Duties will include but are not limited to: Supports travel department in booking and communicating department travel- hotel, car and transportation; Tracks first officer hours and submit reports to billing; Fingerprint new hires and AFSP pilots through NATA Compliance Services; Orders and maintains office supplies; Prepare and distribute training materials for all airframes; Pre-employment paperwork management; all department mail and shipping/receiving; Managing training material and basic indoc materials: Issuance and collection of department/company property; Support for travel/hotel/car arrangements; Support to training department, director of training, chief pilot, DO, VP flight, training captains and program managers.

Requirements include: Microsoft Office Experience; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ; Typing at least 60 WPM; Exceptional organization skills and the ability to multi-task; Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced team environment.
